The portable restroom company was sold to a private individual who paid cash for the business.
Owner of a two location construction equipment rental company desired to sell in order to pursue other interests. This business was purchased by the owner of a similar family-owned business who wished to expand his business into the market area served by our client company. The buyer obtained his own financing for this million dollar deal.
Party, tent, and special event rental company. This company located in the capital city of a southern state was sold to a private investment group. This was a seven figure transaction and included the business assets and the real estate. It took a little longer than the average nine months to close the deal.

Medium size equipment rental on Gulf Coast. This company was sold to another family who desired to enter the equipment rental business. The time from the initial listing to complete the sale took just over six months. The financing was arranged through an SBA loan broker.
A single location rental store for sale. This business located in the northern suburbs of the Atlanta market was acquired by a competitor and the deal was financed through a combination of owner financing, cash, loan assumptions, and new bank loans. This was a non SBA transaction.
North Carolina (Raleigh Area) party and equipment rental. This thriving, successful party and equipment rental company was sold by its young owner who wished to return to school to complete a graduate degree. The buyer was an astute businessman who recognized a good opportunity and was able to put together an all cash transaction.
